rondoTM Shipping Policy, Methods And Rates
Although certain restrictions apply, rondoTM ships to all states including, Alaska and Hawaii.
We use UPS Ground for all shipping destinations in the United States. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and are calculated using the UPS Standard Rates Table.
At checkout, you will note, we use UPS Standard Ground Shipping for all US shipments, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Please Note: All orders are packaged and shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your order (Monday- Friday). We lovingly prepare and package your order. Shipping time starts once the order leaves our facility.
STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
Standard Ship Items sent by Standard Ground Shipping will typically arrive within three to ten business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 48-72 hours. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

HAWAII / ALASKA GROUND AIR
UPS Ground will ship shipments going to Hawaii or Alaska. Actual UPS Shipping charges will be calculated and added to the order, plus an additional $3.50 handling charge. Items shipped this method usually arrive 5 business days after leaving our warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 48-72 hours after the order is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we are not able to ship outside the U.S.A.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied to your rondoroom.com order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. If your shipping address is in IL, appropriate tax charges will appear on the "Step 2" of Checkout page.
RETURN POLICY
At rondoroom.com, we want you to know that your purchase is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason, you choose to return your selection, we'll refund the purchase price to your credit card account. You may return your product in the original un-opened package within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
HOW TO RETURN
Please contact us at contactrondo@rondoroom.com to obtain a return authorization code (RA#) and the shipping-to address for your return product. The RA# must be clearly visible on the outside of each returned carton. You must also include your packing slip with your returned items.
